Feedback on Plans and Planning
On the Plans:
Dear UNOP, as a student at the TU Delft in the Netherlands i'm doing my final master thesis about New Orleans. In your plan about district four I saw a proposal of taking down the I10. I was wondering if you have any inside information about the car capacity or use of that road in New Orleans today. How many traffic is on the I10. I tried to collect this information for a very long time. I just caunted cars from post Katrina areal photo's but I'm not sure if that is representive for the current situation. I hope you can help me with this. Thank you very much.
On the Plans:
Thanks for all your hard work and efforts, unfortunatly UNOP tries too hard to please everyone that it serves no one. It is time for New Orleans to work/build smarter, not harder, and UNOP side steps those issues to make sure all voices are heard.

On the Plans:
A complete absence of any mention of redevelopment of Robert E Lee and Paris Ave area despite its inclusion as one of the 17 target areas and its close proximity to Holy Cross, Lake Terrace and UNO as anchors. This must have slipped through the cracks.
On the Planning:
I did not attend any of the meetings because I am in Atlanta now. Hope to come back.
On the Plans:
Thanks for breaking the plans down into the chapters. The other plans originally were like 80 megs and took FOREVER! Felpt like my computer was going to explode.
The new ones look great. Lots of info to read over. I will look for a Sunday to make it happen. Thanks.
On the Plans:
I just went through the PDF's for my district and I find them to be quite informative as well as beautifully crafted. Just wanted to say thanks for putting them out there!
On the Plans:
Amazing - It's great to see that there are people out there actively working to rebuild / reconfigure our city. Thanks for making documents that are easily accessible.
On the Planning:
I am not sure about what happened in other Districts. But mine seemed to be pretty good.
On the Plans:
I think they are pretty comprehensive and from what I hear being used by the city. So I feel like the work we all put in, although a touch process was worth the investment.
